LIL REBELS HOLDING TRYOUTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL AGED PLAYERS

The Lil Rebels program is holding tryouts for all high school aged players.

This tryout will be to staff the 18Gold team, 18A team, and 16U-Gordie.

Each team is seeking players to fill their rosters and all coaches will be present during tryouts. Rosters will consist of 14 - 15 players that are experienced, dedicated, and motivated both athletically and academically.

We require a 3.0 minimum GPA, but prefer 3.5 or higher with a college prep academic plan. The team also requires a minimum letter writing schedule for college recruiting.

Interested athletes should be willing to not only practice and condition with the team, but also seek professional lessons and training in areas such as catching, pitching, fielding, hitting, strength and conditioning.

These teams are for serious athletes interested in playing collegiate softball.

ALL of our graduating 2013 & 2014 athletes received scholarships to play collegiate softball in the NCAA. Our coaches work extremely hard behind the scenes managing your recruiting process. This includes writing letters, making phone calls, assisting in the correct pool of colleges to target, educating our athletes and parents in the recruiting process which can be difficult and time consuming.

Dates are:
August 5 & 7 - Majestic #5 (6-9pm)
August 9 - Majestic #5 (8-noon)

Players MUST have a release or zero balance statement from their previous team in order to try out.
Please contact Coach Gary Stover with questions at 702-480-6010.
