Cheerleading Rules
1. No Gum/Candy at practices or games!
2. Tennis Shoes must be worn at games and practices or you will sit out!
3. Uniforms are to be worn at the games only.
(Except to school on Fridays to show team spirit) Uniforms are not allowed to be worn at practices unless told otherwise.
4. If you bring cell phones or and other personal item you must have it stored in a bag or a safe place. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
5. All games and practices will be Mandatory. (See coach if this becomes a problem)
6. Water bottles are mandatory for games and practices. Please mark your Childs first and last names on it. You are also responsible for taking all items you bring to practice home with you when you leave each practice and game.
7. Use the restroom before practices and games.
8. No back flips/cart wheels, ect aloud. BIG SAFETY ISSUE. Keep all feet on the ground at all times. Unless told otherwise!!!
9. Hair must be pulled back and out of face at all times during practices and games.
10. RESPECT everyone including your team mates & coaches at all times or you will be asked to run a lap for a 1st warning, 2nd warning you will have to sit out that practice or game. 3rd warning you will be pulled aside and talked too with parent.
11. No necklaces/watches, dangling ear rings, bracelets aloud during practices and games.
12. When Coaches are talking children should be listening.
13. Dress according to weather for all practices. We will still have practice during some rainy days so be prepared. You must have white tennis shoes for GAMES ONLY. (At your expense). On game days that are cold or rainy you may need to wear white Sweat pants or Leggings under your Skirts to keep legs warm during colder weather, also White long sleeve shirts such as under armor or white turtle neck for under shell, Red glove for hands, Clear Rain ponchos, etc. at your expense.)
14. Coaches will post an Email or Call if the practices or games are cancelled due to weather or any other reason.
15. If you don’t go to school for being sick we ask that you please do not come to practice and get everyone else sick.
16. When games are in progress your child much stay with Cheer team at all times except at half time. This is there break time such as snack, bathroom break, etc.
17. Make sure that your child is picked up on time after every practice or game.
Every game your child must be dropped off at least 1 hour before game starts for warm up.
