I certainly hope that all of you enjoyed playing and hanging out as a team (our Thunder family) as much as i did. You are a great bunch of girls and are very lucky to have wonderful families. | Hi Ladies- I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how proud I am of all of you during this tournament. Being a parent on the sideline is a very frustrating job. We sat there and watched all of you play so hard in the blazing heat. I don't know if you realize that all of the teams that you played on Friday and Saturday during pool play were all in either the gold or silver brackets. Tough teams and you guys played extremely well. You never were mercied by any of them. That says something about just how far this first year team has come along. As a parent I saw some unbelievable plays and hits and that made me feel like a winner as well. We have one more tournament to go and we WILL do great!!!! I just know it!!!! LAC BETTER WATCH OUT!!!! It was a great weekend away with all of you. To all of the parents that sat along watching these kids playing so hard I am so grateful for all of your support for the girls. Looking forward to you ladies kicking some butt in the next tournament. I know that you can do it. A special thank you to our Master Chef Dave for giving the girls and their families a great bbq!!!!!
