WHILE THE 16U GIRLS HAVE BEEN PRACTICING ALL WINTER LONG AND HAVE YET TO HAVE A GAME TOGETHER THIS SPRING SINCE HIGH SCHOOL HAS TAKEN OVER AND IS IN FULL SWING, THAT BEING SAID ALL OF THE 16U PLAYERS ON THUNDER ARE IMPACT PLAYERS AND STAND OUT ON THEIR HS TEAMS, THE 16U WILL BE IN FULL SWING COME MID MAY WHEN HS DIES DOWN, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT SEASON.............. THE 12U THUNDER IS OFF AND RUNNING TO A GREAT START IN 2010 AS IS THE 14U, I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY GOOD JOB BY THE COACHES GETTING THE GIRLS READY AND PUMPED UP FOR THE SEASON. THE WINTER WORKOUTS ARE SHOWING UP EARLY IN THE SEASON.

It's never too early to get started for a new season.
The L.I Thunder is a brand new travel organiztion with 2 years under there belt, but the League itself that THUNDER is based out of has been around for over 50 years. HBQVB is looking to Back the Long Island Thunder Girls Travel Team and become a driving force in the Queens-Nassau area.

Directions
Take the Northern state Pkwy or the LIE to the Cross Island Pkwy South to Hillside ave, make a right turn (west) go 2 blocks and the complex is on the left side. The Complex is called the HBQVB athletic association, also known as the Padavan/Preller fields.
OR
Take the Southern State Pkwy west to the Cross Island Pkwy North to Hillside ave, make a left turn (going west) and the complex is two blocks on the left.
Dont ever say you can't do something until you try.
Dont stand still or the world will pass you by.
Be the very best you can be ALL THE TIME.
