Are you in your senior year in high school? Can you remember the good ol' days at the Lewisville Titan field? Well, if you participated in the Titan organization for at least 5 years and you are now headed off to college, we woud like to invite you to apply for our Margaret Hawkins Scholorship of $500.00. Mrs. Hawkins was the Treasurer for the Titan organization for numerous years and this scholarship is in her memory. The scholarship will be awared to 2 graduating seniors per year, 1 male and 1 female.
Please download the form below and mail it to PO Box 262 Lewisville, NC 27023. Please have your application in by December 31st to be considered.
