Q&A:
What is the Levy Fall Instructional League?
Itwas developed with the understanding in making our players better, teaching them different positions and making better defensive baseball players. We have found a ned in Tallahassee for a competitive league in the fall for 9 and 10 year olds where they can play and learn the game to advance their baseball knowledge and help them compete in the spring league tryouts.

What position will my child play?
The goal of the league is for all players to learn different positions. We were finding that players were coming inot the league and getting stuck in certain positions. We wanted the players to have an opportunity to learn different aspets of the game and give them other opportunities especially on defense and pitching.

If my child makes the fall league, does he/she automatically make the spring league?
No. You your child will have to try out for both leagues.

Will you teach my child how to hit?
No. We will primarily work on defensive drills, pitching and positions.

When will we play games?
The goal is to have 4 teams in the league with 11 players on each. This will give each team one week night of practice Monday - Thursday.
Games will be every Friday night for 8 weeks.

How do I determine my child's age?
Players who will be league age 9 or 10 for the spring 2014 season. Age determination date will be April 30, 2014.

How much does it cost?
$75. This includes jersey, belt and hat. It also helps cover the costs of umpires throughout the season.

Where can I get a registration form?
