Wednesday, July 13 ***Advancement Guidelines*** People have been asking about when their child should move up to play more holes. *2-Holers who score two scores of 18 or less may move to 4-Holers. *4-Holers who score two scores of 32 or less may move to 6-Holers. *6-Holers who score two scores of 40 or less may move to 9-Holers. *9-Holers who score two scores less than 50 may move to 18-Holers. I would rather keep the kids enjoying the group they are in than have them move up too fast and be miserable! Hope this helps!!! Monday, April 12 Traverse City JGA Sign up is in April. Lots of Leland Juniors have participated in the TCJGA. It is a more competitive tournament schedule for boys and girls to play matches at all the courses around Traverse City. Arrive 15 minutes early for warm up!!! 18 holers tee off at 8:00. 9 Holers at 8:30. 6 Holers at 9:00. 4 Holers at 9:30. 2 holers and rangers start at 10:00. Junior Club Championship end of July. Wednesday afternoons are 9 hole Teenagers Golf. August 1st is Adult-Junior. Dust off the clubs... get a lesson from Buck and JT and we'll see you on the range! |
