You are visiting the Lawrence Phenix organizational website for 2008! The Phenix are dedicated individuals that love to play competitive fastpitch softball in Lawrence, Kansas! We have 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U teams and travel most of the season to tournaments and workout year round to be the best softball players we can be!! We host a home tournament every year in April and hold three major fundraisers to offset our costs. We are also sponsored by the very generous Lawrence Breakfast Optimists and various businesses.

Phenix Team Tryouts for 2009
We'd like to invite all dedicated softball players to our Phenix tryouts for next year's season will be Saturday, August 9th at Holcom Park in Lawrence. New teams will be forming so bring your ball gear and skills and be ready to show your talents to our Phenix coaches! Please arrive 30 minutes before to register and warm up!

Phenix at the T-Bones
All the Phenix players and their families are invited to attend the T-Bones game on Saturday, August 16th at the Community America Ball Park in Kansas City. Please let you team rep know if you are interested in buying tickets!! It's always a lot of fun!!!
The Phenix Spring Slugfest had to be cancelled due to cold temperatures and snowy/wet weather. Check back with us later as we will try and reschedule the tournament in the fall!
Phenix Spring Slugfest 2008
The Phenix will host their annual AFA qualifying tournament for 10U, 12U and 14U (A & B) the weekend of April 12-13 at Clinton Softball Complex in Lawrence, KS. Jeremy McDowell at Midwest Sports Productions will be in charge of registering teams online. This is always a great tournament and fills up quickly. Let Jeremy know your team wants to enter today!!
