lanier played atco toe to toe before a ton of errors cuased the dawgs to collpase to the state's # 9 team. willis flintroyal was the losing pitcher and micheal tucker was the winner. spivey was the leading hitter with 2 hits along with jarred morris.
it is a bad time to being moving floks around , but we have 10 days to get some guys ready. lanier has lost their #2 and # 3 pitchers to discipline problems along with the teams leading hitter over the last 3 years. theres a plus side to all this . we have some young guys who are going to get some valuable playoff experience for the years to come.
