Welcome back to school! Enjoy your first few weeks. We will meet first period for Strength and Conditioning each red day starting on the first day of school. Please come to class ready to workout. (T-shirt/shorts/athletic shoes).

We will not start swimming for a few weeks. When we begin swimming again, it will be announced both here, in room 405 and in the conditioning class with at least a weeks notice.

The Orange Lutheran Lancers competed in the Trinity League finals Friday night, May 8th. 64% of the 66 swims at league finals we personal best times! Highlights were many.

The Varsity Girls Medley Relay (Katie Shadrick, Jensen Brinker, Chloe Lai, and Taylor Hill) started off the meet by bettering their previous best time with a CIF consideration time of 1:59.61. Jensen Brinker also bettered her CIF consideration time in the 500 freestyle by swimming a 5:22.17. Senior Lucas Stensby improved both of his individual varsity times swimming 22.99 in the 50 freestyle and following that with a 56.93 in the 100 butterfly.Varsity swimmer Connor McKhann also swam two personal best times, a 2:09.09 in the 200 individual medley, and 1:00.00 in the 100 backstroke.

Freshman swimmer Darian Podmajersky was a double winner swimming personal best times in both the frosh/soph 50 free and 100 free. Freshman Mckayla Class won the frosh/soph 100 breaststroke.
