GENERAL PRACTICE INFORMATION

We will practice at Liberty Early Childhood on Princeton Rd (between Maud Hughes and Lesourdesville-West Chester).
Practices will be held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00-8:00/8:15pm until school starts. Ater school starts we will practice 3 nights per week.
*** We will start promptly at 6:00pm. Please be sure your son is dressed and ready to go at 6:00pm. If your son is going to be late please call ahead or send me a text message. ***
Items needed for practice July 25 & 26:
- Helmet with mouthpiece attached
- Water bottle(large)
- Practice jersey(distributed at practice)
- Cleats
- Shorts
Items needed for practice July 27:
- Helmet with mouthpiece attached
- Water bottle(large)

- Shoulder pads
Items needed for practice July 28 thru the end of season:

- Note: Cups are not required, however, I strongly recommend one.
BLACK MONDAY
Monday, August 1 is Black Monday. This will be our first day of hitting. To help get the kids motivated we are asking that all parents and spectators be dressed in all black. Coaches will also be dressed in all black.
EQUIPMENT YOU RECEIVED AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING
The following equipment you received will need to be returned at the end of the season:

Helmet with chin strap

Red practice pants w/ black stripe

Red game pants

Pads - 2 hip, 2 thigh, 2 knee, 1 butt

1 red belt

Practice jersey (*you will receive the first night of practice)
For those interested, you can purchase better chin straps with a pad on them at Dick's or Play It Again Sports. Cost is about $10. Be sure to note whether you need "high " or "low" snaps to ensure a proper fit.
Both places also sell gloves, extra pads (so you don't have to continually switch them between game/practice pants), mouthpieces, etc. The boys tend to chew up mouthpieces pretty quickly. It's usually good to have an extra one (or more).
Forms that need turned in on or before the 1st day of practice July 25

The following items must be turned in on or before the 1st day of practice July 25. The forms can be found in the e-mail sent by Kristina Katona.
1. Completed physical form signed by a doctor.
2. Emergency medical form.
3. Completed CYFL contract signed by both parent and child. Please attach a recent photo.
4. Copy of last report card.
5. Copy of birth certificate. (If you played on Team 6 last year I already have a copy.)
6. $50 Team 6 fee.
LAST CHANCE EQUIPMENT HANDOUT

Last chance equipment handout is Saturday, July 13 from 8:00am-9:00am at our warehouse. Take Route 747 south. Turn right on Port Union Rd. Go about 500 ft and turn left into the small group of warehouses. It is directly across the street from the Port Union Distribution Center.
Items Needed:
1. Driver's license
2. Proof of address (such as a utility bill)
3. $50 fundraiser fee
