  Rain Out Information

Rain Out Line
The LBC Rain Out Line (telephone) is 582-0726. It is extremely important that only coaches should access this line or it will be jammed on rainy days. Coaches should then notify parents. If a game has not been rained out or suspended due to poor field conditions in advance, the umpire for that game will decide whether field conditions are safe for play at the actual start time of the game. **Please Note: If a game has not been rained out or suspended in advance, teams must show for their game (IN UNIFORM) prepared to play.
Coaches are responsible for calling the Rain Out Line, in advance, and contacting their team members accordingly.

All games will be rescheduled in the order they were rained out. Teams will be given the first available field (appropriate for their respective division), date and time. The Director of Scheduling will contact the Commissioner with all make-up games/schedules. In turn, the Commissioner will contact each Division Manager and disseminate the same. Division Managers will then contact each coach by phone and/or e-mail them with the make-up information. Reasonable accommodations will be taken into consideration so that teams are not rescheduled to play on consecutive days. However, LBC has a finite number of fields and dates in which to make up all rained out or suspended games. Therefore, there are only so many variables that can be reasonable accommodated. No team will be given preferential treatment.
