LYA - Greenfield North
In 2008, LYA received approval from the Lakeview School District to utilize this field as a Majors/Little Majors Baseball Field for its inaugural Little League Season. The field had a backstop and baseline fencing, an all dirt infield with 46' pitching distance and 60' basepaths, fenced dugouts with player benches. LYA constructed a temporary outfield fence (funds donated by Hilliard Lyons). A Marine Color Guard took part in the Opening Day Ceremony and Major Dave Hudak, USMC threw out the 1st Pitch.

In 2009, a raised mound was constructed by Coach Craig Barrett and Coach Kevin Mann; and, a commercial flagpole was installed by Engineer Support Company, 6th Engineer Support Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group (funds provided by LtCol Craig Barrett, USMC and family). The first flag flown over the field at the 2nd Annual Opening Day Ceremony was one that was originally flown by LtCol Barrett in Bagram, Afghanistan while serving as a member of Joint Logistics Command.

In 2010, a Concession Stand was constructed by Scott Waltman, Matt Kenney and Craig Barrett (funds provided by LYA); and, an Equipment Box was constructed (Scott Waltman) to house field equipment (funds provided by LYA).

In 2011, wooden Dugouts with player benches, a Scorer's Area and an Equipment Area were constructed by Tim Parsons Construction (funds provided by Scott Waltman, Greg Rangel and Roger Cruise, matching donations from Denso Corporation and Winter Workout monies generated by Coach Craig Barrett and Coach Kevin Mann).

In 2012, the field was converted to grass by Outdoor Landscaping (funds provided by LYA).

In 2013, an Eagle Scout Project (Brendan Bocklund) funded and constructed a wooden scoreboard; and, Larry Smith Construction installed Batting Helmet Boxes into both dugouts (funds provided by LYA).

In 2014, there are plans to build a Multi-Use Building (Contractor TBD) on the complex with permanent restrooms, concessions and an observation deck (funds provided by LYA).

LYA - Greenfield South
In 2010, Lakeview School District approved the use of this field Little League Juniors Play. The field has a backstop and baseline fencing, dugouts, home plate bleachers, a 60'6" pitching distance with a raised mound, and a 90' basepaths with a grass infield. LYA installed a temporary fence (funds provided by LYA).

In 2011, field and umpire equipment (funds provided by Battle Creek Parks and Recreation) were permanently located on the field and break-away bases were also installed (funds provided by LYA).

In 2012, dugouts were improved by Larry Smith Construction. Batting Helmet boxes and Player Equipment Shelves were installed (funds provided by LYA).

In 2013, Base Line Fences were constructed by Justice Fence extending the 1st and 3rd Base Lines into the outfield an additional 60' (funds provided by Winter Workout monies generated by Coach Craig Barrett and Coach Kevin Mann).

In 2014, diamond dust (funds provided by LYA) was staged along the 1st Base Line to improve the field.

In 2015, there are plans to convert the field for multi-use (Juniors and 50/70 Play) by the Lakeview School District (funds provided by LYA).

LYA - Territorial North
Originally constructed in 2009 with coordination from LtCol Barrett, USMC and GySgt Johnson, USMC and assistance of Engineer Support Company, 6th Engineer Support Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group. Marines re-located playground equipment, a backstop, constructed a 46' pitching distance raised mound with a 60' basepath distance grass infield. DK Fencing installed base line fences (funds provided by LYA) and Scott Waltman constructed player benches (funds provided by LYA. Portable restrooms augment the site.

In 2010, yellow top rail was installed on the permanent baseline fencing (funds provided by LYA) and a temporary outfield fence was installed. Scott Waltman constructed an Equipment Box to store field equipment (funds provided by LYA).

In 2010, Marcel Mann constructed the Concession Shed, which was finished by Scott Waltman and Matt Kenney (funds provided by LYA); and, as part of an Eagle Scout Project (Tyler Spoor) constructed the wooden Scoreboard.

In 2011, permanent outfield fences (constructed by DK Fencing) replaced the temporary fence and in Left Field the Purple Monster was created (funds provided by LYA).

In 2012 wooden Dugouts were constructed by Larry Smith Construction (funds provided by LYA).

In 2013 foul line fencing was installed by Justice Fence to completely enclose the field (funds provided by LYA) and Larry Smith Construction improved the dugouts by installing Helmet Boxes.

LYA - Territorial South
In 2009, horizontal construction began in 2009 with coordination from LtCol Barrett, USMC and GySgt Johnson, USMC and Marines from Engineer Support Company, 6th Engineer Support Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group. The Marines removed a tether ball pole and a sand court and then graded the entire Territorial South Field Area.

In 2010, DK Fending installed a backstop and baseline fencing (funds provided by LYA) and additional work was done on the infield.

In 2011, DK Fending installed an outfield fence (funds provided by LYA) and player benches were constructed by Scott Waltman (funding by LYA).

In 2012, Outdoor Landscaping brought the infield to grade and significantly improving the infield bringing it to a playable level. Yellow top rail was installed on all fencing (all funds provided by LYA).

In 2013, wooden Dugouts were constructed by Larry Smith construction (funds provided by LYA).

In 2014, aluminum bleachers were purchased and installed (funds provided by Winter Workout monies generated by Coach Lankerd, Underwood, Barrett and Schiller).

Navy/Marine Corps Reserve Center
This is the US Navy/US Marine Corps Reserve Center that is resident to multiple Navy detachments and two Marine Corps Engineer Companies.
Indoor facilities include classroom and conference room space, weight room, cardio room, and gym.

Outdoor facilities include a freshwater pond, man-made lake for bridging and rafting operations, Marine Corps Martial Arts Fighting Pit, and a 100 acre training area.
