2009 Volunteer Fee Refund Policy

In order to qualify to have your Volunteer Fee returned, you must work 1 complete shift per child in the concession stand. Shifts are usually 1 - 2 hours long. For example, on Monday – Friday the stand is open from 6:00 – closing (when all games end). We ask that the volunteers be in the stand 10-15 minutes ahead of time to give you a quick training.

REFUNDS WILL BE RETURNED AS FOLLOWS:

All volunteer fee refunds will be by check only. You may pick-up your fee during the season on or after one of the "Refund Available Dates" listed below once your stand assignments have been completed.

RAINOUT POLICY ON VOLUNTEER FEES:

If ALL games for that day are cancelled, the stand will be closed. Since most rainouts occur early in the season, you will have the remainder of the season to fulfill your volunteer requirement. Special arrangements can be made to work another time if you cannot work any of your teams scheduled assignments

Teamwork is just as important in the stand as it is on the field. If everyone works their assigned shifts, the kids will play their games and get to enjoy the stand after their game. Please note, if a team does not have the required number of parents to work in the stand for their scheduled shift, their team will forfeit that game. We feel this policy will help everyone enjoy their children’s games and eliminate people from having to work extra shifts for their team in order to not forfeit games. 2009 Volunteer Fee Refund Return Dates and Guildelines

In order to receive your refund, at the completion of your shift, parents must sign and date next to their printed name in the volunteer sign-off book. The volunteer sign-off book is located in the candy stand - see directors Al Bauer or Kathy Paskiewicz prior to singing the book.

Refunds will be issued by check only according to the schedule (to be published before the start of the season). You may claim your refund in the candy stand .

No volunteer fees will be issued unless the book is signed and dated.....

                                                          NO EXCEPTIONS

      .....this includes each team's head coach and ONE designated assistant coach.
