Welcome to Lafayette Girls Softball Association
12 and under Recreational Division!

LGSA Recreational Division is a member of the Indian Peaks Girls Softball Association (IPGSA).
IPGSA plays in the Spring/Summer, includes 14 other cities in and around Boulder County, and is one of the largest "C" level recreational leagues in a 4 state region.
We also play Fall ball with the FMSL, August-mid-October! We have both junior AND senior teams for ALL playing levels. Now 5th-8th graders can enjoy playing fastpitch softball a little longer into the year!
Whether it's your first year or your last year playing LGSA softball,
you will have a positive experience that will last a lifetime.
INFORMATION ON LEAGUE PLAY
LGSA starts the season with practice on April 1.
A team cannot meet more than three times per week, including
practice and games combined, so this allows for girls to enjoy other activities and sports as well.
Games start in late Aprill and run through the end of June.
If your team finishes the season in the top four of your division, your team will play in the
IPGSA Championship games, which are played the first weekend after July 4th.
