The Lady Tigers Motto:

"Have Fun"

"A true champion is measured by their heart and determination, not by wins and losses!"
-Coach James-

The Lady Tigers formed in the Fall of 1999 in the U8 Division! It was a tough first three season as the Lady Tigers struggled on the field. BUT.....thanks to a great group of parents and some hard working girls we all had fun! AND THEN.....LIKE MAGIC the Lady Tigers became competitive and ultimately the league & State CHAMPIONS!

The coaching staff would like to thank a wonderful group of parents, friends and family for their support! We have been blessed to coach such a wonderful group of girls. They have always given us 110% and nothing less! The years playing together has brought them closer and made the Lady Tigers one big happy family! From the first season when we were happy to just score a goal to our State Championship seasons have been a joy! We are extremely proud of all the girls and look for them to continue their teamwork and success in High School and beyond!

The Lady Tigers came into the 2008 state tournament looking to avenge last years double overtime defeat in in the finals.  After winning their bracket easily the girls faced the tough Oak Cliff Black Knights in the Qtr finals.  After falling behing early 1-0 the girls struck back and score within 10 seconds to tie the game and go on to win easily 6-1.  Next up was Grapevine Southlake Raiders in the semi finals.  The girls found that the Raiders would be a tougher than expected opponent as they were tied 2-2 in the second half before the Lady Tiger's offense took over with two second half goals to win 4-2 and secure a spot in the state title game against and old foe;  The Mesquite Shooters!  In the title game the Lady Tigers struck first early in the game and held a 1-0 lead  at the half.  The Shooters had the wind at their back for the second half, but the Lady Tigers defense was just to much.  The offense provided two long shot insurance goals to win their second state title in three years 3-0.

lady Tigers claim the 2008 Mesquite Spookout Tournament Championship

The Lady Tigers went into the Spookout tournament with some concerns about their team, but left it with the championship trophy.  After winning their first two games by a combined score of 13-1 they met the Mesquite Shooters for their third bracket game.  Knowing they would have to play them again for the championship game the Lady Tigers played conservatively in a 2-2 tie.  The championship game featured lots of drama as the Lady Tigers missed on several easy opportunities while the Shooters only had one real threat to score in the game.  With the game scoreless going into the last 10 mins the Lady Tigers finally came through with a big goal to seal the win and the Championship Trophy!

The Lady Tigers take home the title in the Hurst Turkey Shootout Tournament!

The Lady Tigers started the tournament a remach of a 2005 TOC game where they shocked the Birdville Xpress.  The Lady Tigers got off to a fast start by scoring twice in the first 15 mins of the game to take a 2-0 lead, but the Birdville Express came back to tie the score at the half.  The Xpress took the lead with 10 mins remaining, but the girls tied the score before the the clock expired (3-3).  In the second game the girls played solid as they stopped the Grapevine Shock 4-0.  The final bracket game was a bit easier as the girls dominated the Thunderbolts 9-0 to put them in the championship game with a rematch against the Birdville Xpress.  In the Championship game the Lady Tigers came out again on fire, but this time the defense came up big while the goalie made some GREAT plays!  The girls jumped out 4-0 before surrendering their only goal of the game all in the first half.  The second half was very physical as the girls missed several opportunities, but held on for the 4-1 win!  It was the Lady Tigers second tournament win of the season.  They are now preparing to defend their TOC title at the state tournament...
