Heading North on I-85 from I-285
From I-285, go north on I-85 past Gwinnett Place to GA-316 to Athens/Lawrenceville (Exit 106). Travel 5 miles on GA-316 to GA-120 Exit towards Lawrenceville. Turn right onto GA-120 and go 1.6 miles, following signs for 120 East (This highway has different names, and is called Duluth Hwy, West Pike Street and Crogan, in that order). Get in the right lane after you pass the Langley intersection. Stay in the right lane through downtown Lawrenceville, until the street becomes two-way, then turn left at Scenic Hwy into Rhodes Jordan Park. Follow the road into the park and around the football/baseball field (on right). Turn left at Water Works Rd. and follow that road around the water reservoir (on left). Pass the baseball field (on right). Look for signs for the Community Center - it is on the right side of the road. From GA-316, it is about 3.2 miles to the Community Center.

Rome - Alto Park
Alto Park is on the WEST side of Rome. The map link will say "The exact address could not be found" but the park IS at the "A" on the map (I doublechecked). Yahoo says it's 100 miles and 2 hours. In contrast to the suggested Yahoo directions, I suggest exiting I-75 at GA Highway 20,however, and following that to Rome. Then take the Highway 1 Loop around Rome and rejoin the directions from Yahoo.
Alto Park is reportedly a first class facility! Supposedly located close to shopping & restaurants.

Follow this road until it dead ends into Ridgeway Parkway (formerly Old Rope Mill Road). Turn right and go until you dead end into Canton Highway (Main Street) north of down town Woodstock. Turn left onto Canton Highway/Main St. Proceed only a short distance. The park entrance is on the right before Little River. The Twin Creeks Softball Complex is approximately 0.4 miles down on the right. If you use Yahoo maps zoom in close enough to see the road names. Google Maps is a little clearer.
