Aberdeen Park
Directions: This is a new complex.
Aberdeen Fields From I-295 and San Jose Boulevard [SR-13]
-from I-295 take San Jose Boulevard [SR-13] south for 4 miles, over the Julington Creek Bridge
-left [east] on Racetrack road for 3.8 miles to Veterans Parkway [SR-233]
-right [south] on Veterans Parkway for 1.7 miles (Veterans Park soccer complex is on the right, go past this)
-right [west] at Long Leaf Pine [CR-244] for 1.4 miles
-left [east] on Shetland opposite the 2nd Castlegate development sign.
You will see the lights and the Aberdeen fields from the road.

Aberdeen Fields from I-95 and Phillips Highway [US1]
-from I-95 take Phillips Highway EXIT [US1] south for 7.1 miles -right [west] on Racetrack Road for 5.1 miles -left [south] on Veterans Parkway for 1.7 miles (Veterans Park soccer
complex is on the right, go past this)
-right [west] at Long Leaf Pine [CR-244] for 1.4 miles
-left [east] on Shetland opposite the 2nd Castlegate development sign.
You will see the lights and the Aberdeen fields from the road.

Aberdeen Fields from I-95 and CR-210
-from I-95 take CR-210 west for 1.9 miles
-right [north] on St. Johns Parkway [CR-2209], you will pass the Durbin Crossing Fields on the left
-left [west] at the Durbin Crossing Development sign on Long Leaf Pine
[CR-244] for 3.6 miles
-you will pass the new Creekside High School on the left and Veterans
Parkway on the right.
--left [east] on Shetland opposite the 2nd Castlegate development
sign. You will see the lights and the Aberdeen fields from the road.

From I-4 Eastbound
Take Exit 27/Polk Parkway/SR 570 East and continue approximately 16.7 miles. Take Exit 17/US 92 East and continue approx. 3.2 miles. Veer Right (East) onto Havendale Boulevard/SR 544 and continue approx 4.2 miles (be sure to continue straight at the intersection of US 17 and Havendale
Boulevard/SR 544. The road will turn into Avenue T NE). Turn Right (South) onto Fairfax Drive/7th Street NE and continue approx .6 of a mile. Turn Left on Polk Community College Access Road
(just past Avenue O). The Softball fields will be on the Left. Parking is available on the Right at Polk Community College.

From 1-4 Westbound
Take Exit 41/Polk Parkway/SR 570 West and continue approx 7.7 miles. Take Exit 17/US 92 East and continue approx 3.2 miles. Take Interstate 10 EAST to the Chaffee Road Exit # 351. Turn left off the ramp, go 3 miles and turn right on Normandy Blvd. (State Road 228). The Cecil Fast Pitch Softball Complex is located 4.3 miles on the right hand side of Normandy Blvd.

The NTC Softball complex is behind the Hampton Inn located at 2200 East Highway 50. When you turn off of Hwy 50, pass the hotel and go to the end of the road (50 yards), then turn right!

From NORTH of Chapel Hill
1. Follow I-85 South to 15-501 South By-Pass
2. On 15-501, follow signs to Chapel Hill
3. Exit Right onto NC 54 (If you reach the Country Club intersection you have gone to far)
4. Immediately turn Left at the UNC General Administration building drive to the back, left-hand
corner of the parking lot. The field will be in front of you.
From WEST of Chapel Hill
1. Follow I-40 East to Exit 273 (NC54W)
2. Follow Highway 54 into Chapel Hill
3. Drive underneath the 15-501 overpass
4. Turn Left at the UNC General Administration building before reaching Country Club Road.
Drive to the back, left-hand corner of the parking lot. The field will be in front of you.
From EAST of Chapel Hill
1. I-40 West to Exit 273A (NC 54W)
2. Follow directions from the West
From SOUTH of Chapel Hill
1. 15/501 N
2. Turn Right on Raleigh Rd/15-501 54 By-pass East
3. Exit Right on 54
4. Drive underneath the 15-501 overpass
5. Turn Left at the UNC General Administration building before reaching Country Club Road.

Vestavia Hills Sports Complex is conveniently located to I-459, I-20, I-59, and I-65. It is also located just minutes from the Birmingham Municipal Airport.

This park is often called by two names - Vestavia Hills Sports Complex or Liberty Park. Take exit 23 off I-459 (Do not get confused there is a park at this exit) Just follow the signs. From exit 19, where the closest motels are located, go east to the next exit which is 23 and follow the signs.
