Our HistoryLady All Met was created in 2001 and has grown from a few women interested in getting involved with football, to a growing roster of 20+ players and 3 coaches dedicated to structured flag football. Over the past ten seasons, the team has competed in more than 100 games and has become increasingly more successful in overall knowledge of the sport and competitiveness in the leagues in which we play, gaining the respect of other players and teams on the local and national scene. Our MissionThe Lady All Met womens flag football team is dedicated to the promotion of organized flag football and supports the fostering and encouragement of women as players, coaches and officials. This goal is achieved as a result of good sportsmanship and an active commitment to the community at large as well as the overall football community. All team members are dedicated to increasing their knowledge of the game and improving themselves as competitors within amateur league play. Our PlayersLady All Met is comprised of female athletes led by an experienced coaching staff. Our players and coaches are students, educators, computer technicians and child care providers with competitive, winning attitudes as evidenced by their commitment to weekly practices and games during the Fall and Spring league seasons. The dedication to improvement as players is further evidenced by the teams intermittent travel to compete in a variety of tournaments throughout the country in locations such as Columbus, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; and Orlando, Florida. Lady All Met recognizes that participation in both the local and national leagues fosters the opportunity for recognition throughout the flag football community and enables each player to learn more with every passing season about the exciting game of football.
