Any players that might have a chance to make an All-Star team this year MUST have the following Information!

ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE

3 proofs of Residence (see below),

Dated on or before Feb 1st of the current year!
(this is a new ruling from LL Int)

Please find these items now and save them If it is not dated
on or before February 1st 2011 it
will not be excepted and that proof will not be allowed!

1    Drivers License
2    Voters Registration
3    School Records
4    Child care records
5    Federal Records
6    State Records
7    Local (municipal) records
8    Support payment records
9    Homeowners or tenant records
10  Utility bills (ie Gas, electric, water, cellphone, etc)
        These all count as one
(if you bring a gas bill and a cell phone bill that is only one! not two!)
11  Financial records
12  Insurance Documents
13  Medical records
14  Military records
15  Internet, cable or Satellite records
16  Vehicle records
17  Employment records
