GAME CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
ATTENTION COACHES - When foul weather occurs, coaches having games in Loudonville can cancel a game by agreement due to bad weather or conflict, IF it is done NO LATER THAN one hour before game time (or even sooner if possible), and the coaches IMMEDIATELY contact the assigned official.
Any games unilaterally terminated by one coach, without the advice and consent of the opposing coach, shall be deemed a FORFEIT.
