NRFL Play-Up Form
If your player is over the weight limit for his/her age division and you are choosing to have him/her play up to the next division, this form will need to be completed and given to Matt Smith.
There is no "play-up" from Flag to Youth. Youth players must be 8 years old by/on November 1st, and any player 7 years old or younger must play Flag. We appreciate how excited some 7 years olds are, and their time is coming soon, but we have to follow the rules for liability purposes.
