This conference is organized to develop and operate a football program in affiliation with Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc., in conformity with and pursuant to the principles, rules and regulations enunciated by said Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. In conjunction with such purposes, the objective of this (Conference), through the medium of a supervised, competitive football program, guided and governed by said Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc., is to seek to implant in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship. honesty, loyalty, courage, scholarship, and reverence, so that they may be finer, stronger and happier youth who will grow to be good healthy adults. In 2004, we expanded our vision by adding Baseball.

Liberty and Maryland break even. The Blackhawks opened the day battling the Bengels , the Blackhawks went on to win 19-6
In the second game of the day the 120 lb Aztecs went into overtime before losing to the White Oak Warriors 6-0 OT
The White Oak Warriors 135 lb team came in as the two time National Champions and showed why, In an unbelievable passing attack the Aztecs ran into a little trouble. Warriors 37 - 0
The Chargers showed why they were National 2008. Down 14 - 6 following a saftey the Chargers drove down the field to tie the games. After an interception return for a touchdown the Chargers go on to win 26 - 19

The Enon Eagles 105 opened up on Wednesday night versus the Dynasty Dragons, in a game played mostly in the middle of the field. Late in the 2 quarter Enon was stopped on four tries inside that 5 yard line. The Dynasty Dragon capture victory in overtime 6 - 0
The Titans (120) continued from where they left off in the LYAA champions by controlling the game with good hard running and an occasional pass. The Titans went on to win 33 - 0
Enon suffered another set back, after storming to a 12 - 0 lead the Chester Cougars seemed to have hit the switch and ran away from our Eagles. The went on to win 32 - 12
In the final game of the evening the Panthers defense seem to be everywhere, the hits rock the staduim. But a late 2 quarter touchdown was all the Panthers needed to seal the victory. Panthers 13 - 0
Make sure you join us this weekend. On Saturday, Liberty will host teams from Maryland with such great program as the White Oak Warrior who will match up against our North Philly Aztecs in the 120 & 135 pound weight class. Followed by our own National Defending Champions Frankford Chargers 160 lb team. But starting the day will be the Blackhawks A.C. at 9:00 a.m.
Not to forget the Panthers and Titans who strive to take the next step towards the Semi- Finals.

Pop Warner programs nationwide will be required to annually conduct a background check of: Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and/or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players and/or spirit participants. The purpose of these background checks is, first and foremost, to protect the children. Note: This is not an option!!!
All background checks must be given to the League Secretary by August 16th
