LWAA: Spring 2011 Divisions
Youth Pitch, competitive and played by Little League Minor Rules. Can play in District and State All Star games. Some 7s and 8s, most 9s, 10s, 11s, 12s. (12 year olds cannot pitch)
Major League
Very Competitive level, must make team through try outs. Can play in National All Star tournaments. Some 9 and 10 year olds, most 11s and 12s.
T-Ball
Teaching the Fundamentals and Mechanics of Baseball. All 5 year olds, some 6 and 7s
Rookie League
For all 5 and 6 year olds, and 7 year olds who do not show ability for Minor Leagues. Players are immediately introduced to Machine Pitch, and taught fundamentals of baseball. Plan on 3+ practices a week.
