By-Law changes for 2000-2001 season
The following By-Law changes are in effect for 2000-2001 season. They were voted on and accepted at the September, October and November 2000 league meetings. They have been voted on and accepted at three consecutive league meetings and became new by-laws.

1) No press rule. A team with a 20 point lead or more may not press the opposing team.

2) Any organization failing to register their roster by the roster deadline will be assessed a $100.00 fine.(no forfeit of games will apply)

3)Eligibility
Knee-Hi
15 years of age on or after June 1, 2000
No 10th graders

Cadet
12 years of age on or after June 1, 2000
No 8th graders
