Information Request
Following is the list of information the league will require/will discuss during the course of any season year. This will enable you to make sure all your information has been turned in on time. Coaches and Representatives are also required to read and understand the By-Laws and Rules of the LVKBL, and in addition to the information below, they are responsible for any information which may not be listed.
- September - meeting is usually the second Sunday of the month.
- The Board of Control will meet at 6 p.m. - There will be a discussion of potential by-law/rules changes for the upcoming season.
- The regular meeting will take place at 7 p.m. - The first required vote of proposed by-law/rules changes will take place.
- Nominations and Election of Officers & Board of Control.
- October - meeting the first Sunday of the month.
- The second required vote of proposed by-law/rules changes will take place.
- November - meeting the first Sunday of the month.
- The third & final required vote of proposed by-law/rules changes will take place.
- Certificates of insurance are due.
- Exact number of teams per organization is due.
- A check made out to "Lehigh Valley Knee-Hi Basketball League" for the per team fees.
- A minimum of 10 open gym dates which the league can use for scheduling.
- League Directory Information is due - names, addresses, phone numbers & email addresses of your organizations: League Rep., Knee-Hi, Cadet & Jr. Cadet coaches.
- Staticians will be named for each division.
- December - meeting the first Sunday of the month.
- Open Rosters are due for all teams.
- January - meeting the first Sunday of the month (this could change depending on when January 1 falls).
- Closed Rosters are due for all teams.
- February
- The regular meeting will be held the first Sunday of the month (this could change due to Super Bowl Sunday).
- The playoff meeting/league social will be held the last Sunday of the month.
- March - no meeting
- Playoffs are usually finished by mid-March.
- April - no league activity
- May - no league activity
- June - no league activity
- July - no league activity
- August - no league activity
