CONGRATULATIONS!

To the Lake View Red's Softball Travel Team on winning the
Hamburg Junior Softball League Championship!

On July 31, the Hamburg Recreation Department's age 13-16 travel softball championship game was played at the Nike Base, as Lake View Red beat the Now Pizzeria team from the Hamburg Junior Baseball Softball League (HJBSL), 16-5.
Hamburg won the regular-season title, while Lake View finished second.
This was the Lakeview Red team's second league championship in a row.

Congratulations to the Lake View Blue 10U travel team on winning the
2011 Evans Youth Baseball 10U tournament!

LV Blue Team
  Lake View defeated Evans in
the semifinal 13-5, and went on to beat Springville in the championship
game 12-1.  
The team went a perfect 5-0 for the tournament,
scoring 88 runs.

Boys
Age 7-8: Pitching Machine
Age 9-12: Kid Pitch

Girls
Age 7-9: Pitching Machine
Age 10-12: Kid Pitch

  Additional Information
All players receive jersey & hat as a minimum.
Over 13 yrs. receive pants.
Play approximately a 10-12 game schedule.
Post-season picnic plus awards/trophies for all players.

Volunteer Reimbursement
A $10/player volunteer fee was charged during registration.
You need to sign the volunteer fee book next to your child’s name.
Reimbursement dates will be announced.
A minimum of 1.5 hrs/player needs to be volunteered to be considered for reimbursement.
Volunteer activities include coaching, candy stand duty, field clean-up, etc.
