Inclement Weather Policy
Fall and Spring Seasons

1. Policy for games: 	Always go to the scheduled location on game day regardless of the weather conditions 
			unless you have been notified by the team of a cancellation.  Please do not call 
			coaches since this will tie up their phones.  Soccer, unlike other sports, will be 
			played in extreme weather conditions as long as player safety is not being compromised. 	
			Any team not having enough players at game time will forfeit (double forfeits included).
			Hotlines are oftentimes established by league officials. These numbers will be provided 
			to all team families whenever available. 

2. Policy for practices: If it is raining on a practice day, practice is automatically canceled. If time 
			 permits, coaches will call to confirm canceled practices. When in doubt, call your coach.
