The winners of this year's Dylan Raymond Scholarship are:
Tyler Krahling and Joshua Potter.
Joshua is attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and Tyler is attending College of Southern Maryland this fall.
Congratulations to both of them. Thank you to everyone who applied, we had many qualified candidates and it was a tough decision.

The Dylan Raymond Scholarship are awards given to former Blue Knight Cheer and Football participants. The scholarships are for $1,000 and are given out in the fall.
Dylan was in the 4th grade at James Craik Elementary School when he passed away on May 28, 2006. He had just turned 10. His brother Garrett and cousins also play for the Blue Knights and his Uncle J.D. is a Blue Knight coach.
Dylan was such a wonderful child. He was shy but had such a big heart. Dylan always looked out for the little guy, the kids that were smaller and couldn’t keep up with the big boys. He always picked the little kids to be on his team when some of the other kids didn’t want them because he wanted to give them a chance to win. He would always stay back and run with the last kid so that they wouldn’t be last by themselves. Dylan encompassed what the Blue Knights are all about in the short time that he was here, to teach, to learn, and to share, on and off the field.
