Where else can you train 6 weeks for only $99.00 and actually benefit long term and improve your speed, agility, form and athleticism. This is not a camp just to keep your kids occupied a few days during the summer for a financial donation.
Our goal is to improve every athlete's ability to move in all 4 planes of motion. Working on form, technique, muscle memory and of course getting a great workout to stay in shape during the summer and get a head start for fall sports activities. We emphasize Girls and Boys of any sport discipline or those who just want to get in shape and get better to participate.

Due to the popularity and demand we are now offering both Varsity and Junior Speed Clinics for athletes going into 2nd - 9th grade this fall.
When: The summer clinics are being held Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings starting June 23rd and ending July 28th.
Session 1: Co-Ed 2nd - 5th graders "grade in the fall of 2011 6:30 - 7:30pm
Session 2: Co-Ed 6th - 9th graders "grade in the fall of 2011" 7:30 - 8:30pm
Mission Statement
The LOUYAA Speed Clinic has been designed to promote correct running technique, improve agility movement, and develop a satisfactory level of conditioning for the fall. This goal is rather demanding physically, nevertheless; it is our feeling that by learning basic fundamentals of speed and movement, young athletes can reach their true full potential in their respective sports.

TYPICAL HOUR:
8 10-minute mass dynamic stretch8 5-minute propriano muscular facilitation stretch(PNF), partner stretch8 Three 10-minute stations covering an array of skills:sprinting technique, speed development, agility work(cutting/stopping), foot speed (ladders/hurdles),flexibility (dynamic movements/form running)upper-body strength movements (old school grass drills: push-ups, bows & toes,mountain climbers, etc.)8 15 minutes conditioning.
CAMP HIGHLIGHTS:
T-Shirt Speed/Agility evaluations: 40 yard dash, 20 yard dash, pro-agility, 3 cone drill, obstacle course, mini-hurdles, ladder drills... Fun, and movement from our Experienced staff.
THINGS TO BRING: Water!! (no Gatorade or Sport Drinks on turf)
