TEAM FUNDRAISING GUIDELINES With the exception of monthly team dues, permission is required for all team fundraising activities to ensure that they comply with LMHA guidelines and do not conflict with other scheduled events.
The LMHA Board of Directors will not approve lotteries or 50/50 draws because they will jeopardize our licences with the City of London. The name of the team sponsor cannot be used under any circumstances to promote the activity. Upon approval, the details of your event will be posted on the LMHA web site's calendar. Please get approval before making any financial commitments for your team. The Board of Directors encourages and supports the fundraising efforts of our team. However, due to the demand for hundreds of hours of volunteer time during our tournament, the Board has decided that team fundraising events cannot and will not be approved on any of our tournament dates.
ADVERTISE YOUR FUNDRAISER Is your team holding a fund raiser to help pay for that out of town tournament? Post it here on the website to advertise to a larger crowd. Just send an email to the LMHA webmaster with all the details.
