ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Families who register 3 or more players will receive a $200 discount.

Due to an earlier registration LMHA is offering a 3 month equal payment plan for all players who register before the June 30th Early Bird deadline.  Cheques must be made payable for June 30, July 30 and August 15 and must be received by LMHA no later than June 30, 2009.

All registrations must be paid in full no later than August 15, 2009.

Players who register with LMHA but will be attending the Junior Knights tryouts will now be subject to a non-refundable administration fee upon withdrawal from our program.

LMHA will continue to pay for half of all Coach, Trainer, and Speak Out clinics required by our members.

On August 15th, the LMHA Board of Directors will determine the number of teams in each division based on our registration numbers at that time, and post all relevant information - including the pre-season ice times - on this web site.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE 2009-2010 SEASON

There is a non-refundable administration fee of $75 for any withdrawals from the program prior to August 15, 2009.

There is a non-refundable administration fee of $75 plus an insurance fee of $39 for any withdrawals once tryouts begin.

There is no refunds after November 1, 2009.
