Note:

Reedsburg established the first chartered Little League in Wisconsin in 1951.

In 1957 and 1958 there were only two districts in Wisconsin (including Michigan's Upper Peninsula) competing in the State Tournament. 

From 1959 to 1967 there were four Wisconsin districts and Michigan's U.P. in the state tournament.

From 1968 to 1974 there were four districts plus Michgan District 10 and the Minnesota Champion.

In 1975 there were four districts and the Minnesota champion.

From 1976 through 1979 there were five Wisconsin Districts and Minnesota.

From 1980 through 1981 there were six Wisconsin Districts and Minnesota. 

From 1982 to the present there are six Wisconsin districts competing for the Wisconsin State Championship.
