Lady Lions Basketball Association: Games & Events

Purpose:
1.        To highlight non-basketball achievements of players and parents. (school, other sports, awards, etc)
2.        To highlight basketball accomplishments of players.
3.        To provide funds for Educational Foundation, Educational foundation will provide the graduating seniors who have played with the program for 2 or more consecutive years with $$ award toward books for college or advanced academics.
4.        To highlight supporters of the program

Pledge Sheet. Pledges can be made on a per shot made basis or a flat amount.
Per Shot Basis - You will have to collect the money from the person pledging after the event then turn it in.
Flat Amount - You can collect and turn it the day of the event.
ALL CHECKS PAYABLE TO PANCAN - in memo field put KDS BASKETBALL BENEFIT
