Refund Policy: LJGA will provide a 75% refund of all fees prior to June 1, 2009. A 50% refund will be provided through July 7, 2009. After July 7, 2009, no refund will be provided. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the mailing address listed on this application and will be processed based on the post mark. The dates within this Policy are effective regardless of rainouts or schedule changes.
Payment Information - Assistance: We offer financial assistance through Grants and other programs based upon funds availability. Such funds are disbursed dependant upon a confidential case-by-case review of the individual needs of a player’s family. This review involves ONLY the player’s parents, not the player. If you would like information about financial assistance, please check the box below and someone from the LJGA will contact you directly.
Payment Information - Non Volunteer Fee: The Loudoun Junior Golf Association (LJGA) depends heavily upon volunteers to act as tournament officials, manage tournament registration, help with course set up, tabulate scoring, and a variety of other tasks. Parents are asked and encouraged to step in and assist as volunteers to the LJGA. If you are unable or unwilling to commit to being a volunteer during the 2009 season, an additional $50.00 volunteer fee is to be paid as part of your registration.

Welcome to the Loudoun Junior Golf Association - 2009

The Loudoun Junior Golf Association (LJGA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the youth of Loudoun County, Virginia and its surrounding area. The LJGA seeks to provide affordable access to the game of golf to young men and women (ages 8-18) by partnering with local golf facilities and by offsetting costs through donations and sponsorships. Our goal is to teach the game using qualified instructors and to provide competitive tournament play while instilling into our members a respect for the rules, etiquette, and The Spirit of the Game.

Happy New Year from Loudoun Junior Golf!To be added to our mailing list, please send email to this site with the subject line Add To List included. Check back in March for details regarding our 2010 season.
