Loudoun Junior Golf Overview
The Loudoun Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization open to all boys and girls of Loudoun County, Virginia and the surrounding area. We offer two types of memberships, Traditional and Masters as desecribed below.

Traditional - To participate in Traditional LJGA tournaments, members must be at least 8 years old by June 1, 2010, have not graduated from High School by June 1, 2010, and have not reached their 19th birthday before September 30, 2010. Players in the Traditional program are assessed by our professionals and placed in divisions based on their skill level. These divisions are Novice, Par, Birdie, and Eagle. Novice plays five hole tournaments combined with instruction and the other divisions play 9 hole tournaments from skill level appropriate tees.

Masters - The Masters Division of the LJGA is restricted to boys and girls who have reached their 15th birthday by June 1, 2011, have not graduated from High School by June 1, 2011, and have not reached their 19th birthday before September 30, 2011. All players in the Masters Division must have a proven playing ability equivalent to an 18 handicap. Players younger than 15 are welcome to apply for the Masters Division and will be assessed by our golf professionals prior to placement. Players selecting to play in the Masters Division who are unable to meet this playing requirement will be removed from the Division.
