From West: LIE to Exit 62 (Nicolls Rd) North, to Rte 16 East (Portion / Horseblock Rd), go into town of Farmingville. Look for KK Athletics on left. ( If you hit No. Ocean Ave, you've gone to far.
From East: LIE to Exit 63 North Ocean Ave North. Go left on Horseblock Road (Rte 16) (Just after Teachers Fed Credit Union and taco bell on rt, Kmart shopping center on left). Take horseblock Rd. West into the town of Farmingville. Look for KK Athletics on Right.

NYIT - Central Islip Campus
EAST from New York City and points west via the Long Island Expressway (I-495)
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east to Exit 56, Route 111. From the exit ramp, turn right at the first traffic light onto Route 111—you'll be heading south. Immediately bear to the left onto Wheeler Road/County Road 17—you'll be heading south. Wheeler Road/County Road 17 turns into Carleton Avenue. Travel south on Carleton Avenue for approximately 2½ miles and turn left into the Central Islip campus entrance.
EAST from New York City and point west via the Southern Parkway
Take the Southern Parkway east to Exit 43A, Central Islip. From the exit ramp, bear to the right onto Carleton Avenue/County Road 17—you'll be heading north. Travel north on Carleton Avenue approximately one mile and turn right into campus entrance.
WEST from eastern Suffolk County via the Long Island Expressway (I-495)
Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west to Exit 56, Route 111. From the exit ramp, turn left at the first traffic light onto Route 111—you'll be heading south. Immediately bear to the left onto Wheeler Road/County Road 17—you'll be heading south. Wheeler Road/County Road 17 turns into Carleton Avenue. Take Sunrise Highway (Route 27) to Carleton Avenue North exit. From the exit ramp, bear right onto Carleton Avenue/County Road 17—you'll be heading north. Travel north on Carleton Avenue for approximately 1½ miles and turn right into campus entrance.

LIE to Exit 68 South (OR SUNRISE HIGHWAY TO EXIT 58 SOUTH) Wm. Floyd Parkway to Montauk Hwy. Make Left for 2 Miles through town (PASS FORGE RIVER BRIDGE AND FORGE RIVER NURSERY). Continue for 1/2 Mile and Turn Left into the "MONARCH SHOPPING CENTER". Keep to the Right and continue around to the back of the Shopping Center to "RAPID FIRES INDOOR RINK".

St. John the Baptist: Sunrise Highway West to Robert Moses Causeway South to exit RM2W. After you exit the first light is Montauk Highway continue to the third traffic light and make a left turn. The school will be on your left side. If you pass Good Samaritan Hospital you went to far.
*Coming East or West on the Long Island Expressway: exit at Sagtikos parkway south (exit 53 south)- *remain on the Sagtikos Parkway eventually the road will split, stay in right lane which bears into Southern State Parkway going West- continue to Exit 40 (Robert Moses Causeway)- passing Sunrise Highway Exits. Move into right lane and continue to exit RM2W. After you exit the first light is Montauk Highway continue to the third traffic light and make a left turn. The school will be on your left side. If you pass Good Samaritan Hospital you went to far.
*Coming East or West from the Northern State: get off at the Sagtikos Parkway going south. Follow directions above (*).
Coming East or West on Southern State: get off at Exit 40 (Robert Moses Causeway) going south. Follow directions above (*).
*COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DIRECTIONS: COMING EAST OR WEST FROM THE LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY: Get of at exit 51 RT. 231 going south. Stay on Rt. 231 for approx. 5-6 miles. Stay on Rt. 231 until the very end. At the end, make a left onto Montauk Highway (27A). Continue traveling east for approx. 1 mile. St. John’s HS is directly past Good Samaritan Hospital on the right.
