Monday, June 15
Team Kickarounds on Mondays and Fridays
Kick arounds will be held at the Lafayette Stadium on Monday from 5:30-7pm and Friday from 6:30-8pm. Please bring water, shinguards, cleats, balls, and any friends interested in our team.
These will happen every week at the same day and times through June 22th...then the dead period starts on the 25th and goes through till tryouts on July15th.
We look forward to seeing you there!

New Server Training Date Announced
Another training class has been announced for our fundraising project. TIPS (alcohol server training) will be held on Monday, June 15 at 6pm in the Makers Mark Club at Applebee's Stadium. You must be 20 years old to serve alcohol.
Anyone who plans to play in the the 2009 Fall season is responsible for covering several slots. After tryouts, we will be assigning slots. Do your training and get your slots out of the way now!

Fundraising is going on now!
All players in the 2009-2010 season are responsible to help raise money for the team. Funds raised pay for trips, uniforms, coach salaries, referee fees, the new soccer field, and much more!
Instead of Bingo (which was done in the past), we are currently working with Aramark at Applebee's Park. We are in charge of the Kentucky Pride Kiosk at the Lexington Legends home baseball games. Every player's family is responsible to fill 3 volunteer slots. To see what slots are available, go to "Calendar" and look for a "Legends - Volunteer" date. Please email Stephenie Swope at saswope@insightbb.com to sign up for a slot. Signups will be on a volunteer-basis until the team picnic. After that, slots will be assigned.
IMPORTANT - in order to work a slot, there must be one person over 20 years old, and that person must take alcohol server training through Applebee's Park. The next training session will be June 6 at 10am. Information for this is on the calendar as well.

2009 Tryouts - July 15-16
Tryouts for the 2009-2010 season will be held on July 15 and July 16.
Location and exact times will be announced soon!

To see the entire game schedule for the 2009-2010 season, go to "Schedule" to see a list, or to "Calendar" to see a calendar-type view. Games have a little soccer ball next to them.
Please note that all games are away games as we will not be able to use our stadium this season.
