LFC went 2-1-2 in the MRL Division 1 playoffs to finish second and earn a spot in the premier division of the Midwest Regional League next season.
LFC Premier Wins 20008 Kentucky State Championship
LFC beat JYSA Storm 93 1-0 in the semi-final and United 1996 2-0 to win the Kentucky State Championship. It was the team's 6th appearance in the State Cup final and their 3rd victory. The win qualifies them to participate in the Region II Championship.
