The Jaguars practice scheduled for Thursday May 16, 2013 has been changed to a scrimmage against the CheektowagaTeam. The location of this scrimmage will be at Dingens Park in Cheektowaga. Dingens Park is located on Dingens Street in Cheektowga 14206. The game will Start at 6:30pm and will last approx. 1-1/2 hours. Players Please bring both game jerseys with you to the scrimmage. If you need a ride, please let the coaching staff know so we can make arrangements.

The Jaguar 2013 Outdoor schedule has now been posted on our web-site. The season begins on Thursday May 23, 2013 at 6:30pm vs. Lancaster United @ Walden Ponds. We will have 6 of our 10 games at home this season. We also have an night game (8:45pm start) against Ken-ton on June 20, 2013... a great time playing under the lights. I will provide everyone a hand-out of the complete schedule.

The Jaguars practice schedule has now been posted for the remainder of April and May 2013. If you have previously printed the schedule please note that ALL practices scheduled for Westwood have been moved to the flats (Lancaster Middle School) due to the wet field condition. Lancaster Middle School Soccer field is located at Madison and Linden Ave Lancaster, NY 14086. Madison run along side the Middle school located on Aurora Street.

The Jaguars will be participating in (4) tournaments is 2013 they are as follows:

1) Akron Soccer Tournament, May 3-5, 2013  Akron, NY

2) Odenbach, June 8-9, 2013  West Seneca, NY

3) ***CANCELED/WITHDREW***Niagara Pioneer Soccer Tournament, June 29-30 

4) Lancaster Soccer Tournament, July 26-28, 2013 Lancaster, NY

There should be no doubt how far this team has come and the competition desires of this team. We played our rival game this week, playing the Lancaster United "A" team. The Jaguars lost 3-2, yet never wavering and having equal amount of opportunities to score as our opponent. As I have told everyone "a", "b","c" are just letters, it's all about how hard a player works at and way from practices, but also how hard they play during a game. We played an "A" team with three Premier level guest players (Scello, Fuller, Gallo) and a player from tri-town (Cass)in a 9v9 format, yet we did not give in.

I cannot say how much this game has displayed the distance many players have come over the last two years. The work is paying off, the coaching staff is proud of each and every player today and we left NO DOUBT, THE JAGUARS CAN COMPETE!!!!.

The schedule for the upcoming 2013 Winter Indoor session at Sahlens has now been posted on our site. Our games will be played on Sunday's , with varying times. We will be playing all division #1 teams this indoor season. Our first game will be on Sunday Jan. 13,2013on field #1 @ 1:00pm.

ALL PLAYERS ARE TO WEAR THEIR "BLACK" JERSEY'S AND BRING THEIR ALTERNATE "WHITE" JERSEY TO EVERY GAME.

Several players have expressed interest in the opportunity of becoming a soccer referee. The Buffalo Western New York Referee Unit holds training courses annually (in fall/ winter). These courses typically meet for three (3) days (weekend) and do have a cost associated with them. The courses are held at various places and dates (Sahlens... Sportsplex,....) This is a great opportunity for the young players who love the game of soccer; to learn and experience it from another avenue. They will also have the opportunity to referee BWNYJSL games under a mentor program their first year and possibly referee House League games for their respective club programs. It's a great way to advance your knowledge and earn money for what you love.....
