Lancaster County Intramural Boys (ALL LEVELS)
WELCOME TO THE LBYSA’S WEBSITE
The LBYSA is the governing organization for the 20 individual recreational soccer clubs that make up the Lancaster County Youth Soccer League. We do not field any soccer teams. If you are new to the area and are looking for a club to enroll your children and are unable to locate a Youth Soccer club in your area, feel free to contact us. The LBYSA schedules the different boys’ recreational teams to play one another on Saturdays during the spring (April-June) and fall (Sept-Nov) seasons for age divisions U10-U19. Most clubs also have instructional programs for younger children ages 5-7.
Please welcome Ken Rummel as LBYSA's new Commissioner. If you are a rep and need a login please contact Ken at commissioner@lbysa.org.

Dear Level Coordinators:
Please inform coaches of U10 boys, that the true offsides rule does not go into effect until the Fall 2012 Season. Coaches are not to yell out to the Ref "offsides" in turn the ref calls offsides.
Deliberate offsides / cherry picking is at the discretion of the referee. Please understand our current rule regarding this matter. The referee is the SOLE decider of deliberate offsides and coaches are not to be yelling out from the sidelines "offsides." We as coaches are required to have the referee's perform their role and responsibilities as outlined within our rules and not yelled at, influenced on what calls to make.
Thank you to the referree's for their service to our boys organization.
