*Sept 7-8	HOCO	Crisp Tourn	Team went 4-1 winning the Silver Bracket losing the 1^st game (4-3) to Cook giving up 4 runs in the 1^st inning. The team rebounded out scoring opponents 47-1 in the next 4 games. Strong pitching from Brianna (3 wins) and Katie (1 win) and very good defense from the whole team (diving plays KK and Katie). The bats got really hot on Saturday (Sarah HR).

Oct 13	HOCO	Region Tourn	Started off with a loss to Tift Co., but battled back to win 4 games in a row (2 in a row against a very tough WR’s team) to remain Region Champs. Danielle had the hottest bat, but there was plenty of hitting from the whole team (Kourtny HR). Brianna pitched most of the day winning 3 games and losing 1. Strong defense from the whole team with highlights from Danielle, Kourtny and Sarah.
