The WNBA free agent signing period officially began on January 15. In addition to trades and the Draft, teams can begin to negotiate with their own Core and Reserved Players and any Restricted and Unrestricted Free Agents. Deals may not be finalized, and Contracts and Offer Sheets may not be signed, until February 1.
