About the Roadrunners (click to open)
The Pittsburgh Lady Roadrunners is a Travel Fastpitch Softball Organization now in its 16th year of operation. Centered around the South Hills of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we provide girls from Southwestern Pennsylvania; as well as West Virginia and Ohio an opportunity to compete in tournament level competition. Currently, we field teams for 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, and 18u. Players are selected from tryouts in the fall prior to the season. In preparation for the tournament season, we provide our teams with practice facilities for hitting and fielding through the winter months. Tournament season includes at least 8 scheduled tournaments, most of which are limited to a one and a half (1 1/2) hour vicinity of Pittsburgh; although all of our teams do have overnight stays. The organization has grown from four teams to as many as ten teams, (for 2017 we will field nine strong teams) and most of our teams, historically have qualified to attend the World Series year end and year out.

This year again we will be hosting a tournament:

"Penn/Ohio Classic" and the "Memorial Day Challenge" for 10U; 12U and 14U.
