Louisiana Lady Hawks: 2012 Spring Classic

                              16th Annual Lady Hawks' Spring Classic

                                     May 18th, 19th, 20th 2012

PLACE:   "Butch" Gore Park, 14550 Harry Savoy Road, St. Amant, Louisiana

AGES:    8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U 

ENTRY: Number of teams in each age division will be limited. Brackets will be filled on a  

              first paid basis. Entry fee is $150.00 payable prior to tournament date. Umpires

              to be paid at the plate. Checks should be made payable to: Lady Hawks and sent 

              to: Rocky Hope, 16262 Cortez Ave, Prairieville, La 70769. A copy of team

                 insurance  must be received by tournament director in order to play.

              NO EXCEPTIONS.

RULES:  2012 A.S.A rules will govern play. Umpires decisions are final.

GAMES: 4 game guarantee. 2 pool play games with eliminiation games beginning

               Saturday afternoon. Each game will be five innings or 1 hour. Championship

               games will be 1 hour, 15 minutes. Lady Hawks will pay umpires for each

               championship game. No "if necessary" games will be played. 

OTHER:  Birth certificates must be available if requested by tournament director.

               No ice chests allowed in the park. Concessions will be available.
