Knights Baseball League is combined effort of La Mesa National and Rolando Little Leagues. We provide a positive environment for baseball players between the ages of 13-16 who live in the La Mesa (91941 & 91942), and Rolando communities. The purpose of Knights Baseball is to give kids in our communities the attention, baseball education, and best opportunity to play baseball at the high school level. By combining these four communities we are expanding the economic and social circles to provide a higher success rate for our youth athletes. We welcome all who have decided to join us this year.

KNIGHTS BASEBALL LEAGUE MERGES WITH
PATRIOTS BASEBALL IN 2012
In the true spirit of providing the best baseball possible for the junior age players of our community, Patriots Baseball has welcomed the Knights Baseball League to merge with them. Going forward, Knights Baseball will register and play with Patriots Baseball.
This merger brings strength to both leagues, providing quality baseball, leadership and sense of community for the juniors of La Mesa National and Rolando combining with San Carlos, Mission Trails, Allied Gardens and Lake Murray.

SAN DIEGO BASEBALL CAMPS
HOLIDAY CAMP
December 19-21, 2011 8-11 yr olds: 9:00am-12pm. 12-15 yr olds: 12:30-3:30pm.
Location: PATRIOT FIELD 7001 Murray Park Dr. San Diego Ca 92119
Cost : 3-days: $150.00; 2-days: 110.00; 1-days: $60.00
*Military w/ ID 10% off*
ACTIVITIES: Each session will begin with an introduction, stretching, and warm-up. Players will work in small groups and rotate through stations. The stations include: Infield, Outfield, Hitting, Pitching and Base Running. Groups will be split up into age groups and skill levels, and there will be instruction and competitive activities within each station. New drills will be introduced each day, with basic drills reinforced each day. Fun competitions and games will conclude each day.
CAMP TRAINERS: MIKE PIERATT: Currently coaches at Patrick Henry High School. Played at San Diego State in 80’s. Has more than 20 years of coaching experience. NATE BOMAN: Played 3 years at USD, 9th round MLB DRAFT choice by the LA Angels 2006. Currently coaches 14u Scripps Ranch Renegades. NICK FARREN: Currently coaches at Patrick Henry High School. All League Catcher/Infielder at PHHS. Played at College of San Mateo in 2005. Currently coaches 16u SDBC and 14u SR Renegades. *Additional instructors may assist *

Fall ball is under way and the two Knights teams are doing well.
Thank you to the coaches who have volunteered. We have a great group of adults this fall who are teaching very good baseball fundementals and big field techniques.
We are in need of volunteer umpires so if anyone is interested, please email Thom jarvisg@cox.net or Pete psg123@pacbell.net

Congratulations to the Aztecs on their 1 - 0 victory over Mid-City to earn the title of District 33 Juniors Champions.

Congratulations to the Knights Diablos, as they take the 2009 District Tournament of Champions Flag with an impressive 12-7 win over a very good Mid-City team. This is the Knights League's first ever championship, and shows our boys are strong and ready to play! In only our second year, the Knights have made it to the Championship game both years.
Congratulations Diablos, you represented yourself, your team, and your league well!

Parents: Before purchasing a new composite bat for your player, please make sure that you click on the link below to verify that the bat has received a waiver of the moratorium enacted by Little League International Board of Directors. Effective immediately, only the composite bats on this list are approved for Junior and Senior League play. All other composite bats are not permissible and will not be allowed on the field of play.
