Knightdale Knights: Welcome

The Knightdale Knights brought home two Superbowl trophies.  Our players worked hard and got the great big trophies to prove it.  What an awesome season Knightdale had.  Can't wait to see if we can repeat it again next year.    LET'S GO KNIGHTS!!  

Our Cheerleaders showed up at the EWFL 2011 Cheer competition and rocked it!! Our mini's brought home a 1st place finish and our Pee Wee's brought home a 2nd. We are so proud of our girls and all their hard work!! 

We have the best fans ever and they sure know how to get behind their Knights!  Our cheerleaders always do a fantastic job cheering our players on. 

Remember to volunteer and help any way you can.  This organization could not make it without all the support from our great parents.

Knightdale Football Association is a parent run organization so please volunteer and support our program.  Our players and cheerleaders over the years have moved on to play in Middle School and High School.

   Weight Limits: (Teams & Coaches)

Flag Football-No weight limit-Age 5 & 6 (Coach Jamie Burnette - 919-272-7761)
Mini mites-105 lbs.-Ages 7 & 8 (Coach Patrick Alexander - 919-218-7560)
Mighty Mites-125 lbs.-Ages 9 & 10 (Coach Chris Murray - 919-723-6098)
Peewees-150 lbs.-Ages 11 & 12 (Coach Ed McDoe, Jr. - 919-244-1945 )


A child age 6 has the option to play Flag Football or Mini Mite Football. The cost for Flag Football is $40.00.

* Gym shorts and jersey are required to weigh in. No more boxers or underwear.
* Team moms on the coaches list will be premitted into games for free.
* Apparel will be available for you to purchase at practices from 6:30 - 8:00.

All games are held on Saturdays with the Mini Mite 5th quarter beginning at 4:00 p.m. (unless scheduled otherwise)
