Player Registration
You may download and fill out all the forms in advance from this web site. Please make sure you have all of the following forms and materials with you to speed the registration process.
You must have these three items to register your child:
1. Photocopy of player birth certificate. Please bring a copy even if your child
played with us in 2006.
2. Properly completed Player Registration Form.
3. The player registration fee of $100 for each player registered - make
checks payable to Kittery Travel Soccer.
