Late Registrations

KYFL is required to have a final team count by level (A, B, C) for the upcoming season by 6/30/09.  Therefore all football registrations must be turned in to either Gary Janas or Mike Kosir by 06/29/09.  Registrations received after 6/29/09 will require an additional $40 late fee per child.  Final cut-off date for registrations is 08/02/09.  Make checks payable to "KYFL".  Mail registrations to one of the following:
