| Missing my first game for many many years I was especially disappointed to miss my visit to Kilroot where I have only good memories. Congratulations and APOLOGIES. Congrats on a stunning victory and Apologies that my boys offered so little. we were having a good run and there are NO EXCUSES from me. I was angry when i heard that they surrendered so easily after the 3rd goal but your report shows we were under pressure right from the off. I am really angry because I know you at Kilroot expect a hard game from us and relish winning against us which in a way is a tribute to santos. the performance disgusted me far away in Boston BUT congratulations to you and sincerely i hope your name is on the Cup this season. The Clarence might place us against each other again and i would love to try to eradicate the mistakes of last week. But you did your job and did it professionally well My congratulations esp to Mervyn my old friend and mentor. Thanks for the kind comment about "mentor". I know no one man makes a club but I vow this surrender will never allow this to happen again in my club. |
